Support Technician(s) Needed

Frogee is hiring support technicians for the 9 to 5 CST, GMT -6 shift. You may average 10 tickets per day, and they are ususally easy questions. This is perfect for those who already have hosting jobs.

The pay is $50.00 - $100.00 per month depending on experiece, etc..

You must offer a guarenteed response time (not resolution time, just a guarenteed response time).
You must have CPanel/WHM Experience.
You must have RedHat Linux Experience.
You should have Kayako eSupport Helpdesk Experience.
You must be able to work 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. GMT -6 or Central time.
We need a dayside person.
Basically, as a ticket comes in, you do whatever it takes to resolve the issue. You would be handling tickets (e-mail), and live chat only. If you are willing to do phone support/sales we will be willing to talk about a pay increase in the future.
