Stuck on a list

Sometimes I admit it I will go out and by a random domain and do nothing with it for a few months (busy or still working on a game plan). Right now I have oddly been receiving emails to purchase domains, from private marketers but I have no idea how I have gotten on this list. Some of the sites are decent and could be flipped but I really do not have the time to add more to my plate. Is there some type of domain list that people are hording off now for every Tom, Dick & Jane that want their domain sold (and most mind you, at insane prices)?

If you buy domains fairly regularly, I can see the potential for you ending up on a mailing list somewhere. Someone likely sold your email address along with a bunch of other people's, and you might never find out who it is who is selling it. Unless it is an obvious spam mail with an unsubscribe option then I'm not sure you could do much about it.

Exactly, it's really easy to get a hold of potential buyers and then it's just a matter of time before you get bombarded. Even if they have an unsuscribe option some sites make you go through so many warnings before you can actually hit that unsubscribe button!

I have flipped a few domains and I am sure I will do a couple more before the end of the year but I would really love to know what jerk decided I need some Viagra, its a daily email sometimes more than 1x/day and every day its something different (promotion wise to get people to purchase). Seriously I have no reason for it and its a little wonky.
