Spam is a major issue with us - we have now written a system that allows customers to submit spam/ scam headers via their account system to us so that we can block the repeat offenders from our network - which is actually working quite effectively.

We also used to get (personally) a *ton* of the Nigerian 419 scam emails, but we setup an "alerts" site which got quite good rankings in google (and seemed to get alot of intrest from Zambia), and we havent (touching wood here) recieved an email from them since, also getting alot of those things forwarded to us from non-customers to blacklist (dunno why they send them in but it all helps).
