Someone in america sueing for billions for Jackson's incident on TV

A woman in the states is sueing Jackson, Timberlake, broadcasters MTV and CBS and their parent company, Viacom for "serious injury".

Its not known what the "serious injury" is but I think its SO stupid that someone is going to sue for that...
Accidents happen and you cant sue anytime something happens that you dont like, especially something so stupid like what happened at the super bowl
 
In the time we live, anyone who has the possibility of sueing will try, it revolves all aropund money. If they have a chance of getting some, they'll take it. No matter how stupid it is.
