Sitemaps and SEO help.

Hello.
I've always wanted to be able to do this.
Sorry, I am unable to explain in words as I don't know what the term is for this, but I think it's something to do with sitemaps.

Anyway, I've attached a screenshot.
What I want to do is be able to make my site links appear like they do in the screenshot. How would I tell the search engines to do this?

I have a gut feeling it's something to do with the sitemap but am not sure. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks. :)

Sitemap is use for telling about your interlinks to Google and users. XML Sitemap is use for telling to Google about your internal links and HTML sitemap is use for telling to users about your internal links.
Sitemap is not helpful to increase the ranking, it is helpful for fast indexing by Search Engines. You can make XML and HTML sitemap using online tool.

I found the answer to my question.
The service I'm looking for is Google Sitelinks.
I also found out that I can't make sitelinks.
Google automatically generate them for you if/when they see fit. There's no way to manually create them.

As I know, there are 2 Types of SiteMaps:
The first type of sitemap is a HTML page listing the pages of your site - often by section - and is meant to help users find the information they need.

XML Sitemaps - usually called Sitemaps, with a capital S - are a way for you to give Google information about your site.

Those kind of menus are made for big companies and Google decide individually if that kind of menu should be created or not. I found that information in Google FAQs recently
