Site Builders, do you use/offer them?

We have had a few requests for site builder software to be included with our plans. Apparently some of our users do not like the standard items that come with cpanel, so with that, do you offer site builders, and if so, who do you use?:help:

One of our requirements is that the software must be constantly updated to account for any bugs and such. Nothing worse than getting software that NEVER gets patched or updated.

Thanks!

we offer RVsitebuilder which is updated every 2 days, you just have to remeber to access this in your servers WHM to install the update.

We also offer Trendy site builder, which is a flash site builder.

both of these are available through all cpanels on our servers

How is there technical support if you run into any issues? Nothing pains me more than dealing with slow or non existent support.

cant complain about support when i have had the need to contact them.

an example 2 year ago for some reason RVsitebuilder kept issuing updates every day and then it started twice a day, which you can imagine became a pain, so contacted their support and they immediately apologised and gave me 50% of my annual fee back (this was only 3 weeks away from renewal) this was unexpected, then when i went to renew the fee was set at a 50% reduction and has been since.

Trendy has caused no problems so never needed to contact their support in 3 years of offering this

hmm well cant beat that! holy cow. I wish they had an owned license option. Frustrating remembering to renew everything yearly. Ha!

Thank you very much for the information. Look's like we may be going with RVSitebuilder.

We offer RVsitebuilder Pro. Not many customers use it but it's there as an option if they need it.

We've not experienced any problems with it so far.

We've used some of the various Site Builder scripts in packages in the past, but we've found them to be more headache (for our clients) than good. Generally, we would get complaints about how complicated they are to use, or that the client can't do what they expected to do.

These days, installing Wordpress or Drupal and access to templates has been a much better option for clients than the various site builders available on the web.

My experience leads me to say RVSiteBuilder Pro. I've offered it a lot in the past, never used it myself though. It's a very sturdy piece of software and is updated very often. You can also setup a cron job so that it's updates are rolled out automatically whenever you feel is the best time.

We have offered our clients RvSiteBuilder pretty much since its launch. We have looked at others like Trendy, might offer that as a second option, but from a stand point of a company that fixes its issues when they arise, RvSiteBuilder has been the best. They will not only support you as a host but they will also support the end user all. Their support has been wonderful.
