I've never heard of a company named VPS Cloud Hosting nor a hosting service described as VPS cloud hosting.

Well I meant to clarifiy it as cloud hosting. It's getting popular and I was curious as to what people thought about it. It explains a little bit more here on Wikipedia:

I may be wrong but I believe the technology has not really settled in yet at this point of time, I would prefer going with a standard VPS hosting. However, I may give cloud a try

I would think that the questions you would want to ask them are no different than what you would ask any other hosting company. If they can provide what you need then all you would then want to compare is what benefits they provide to you that another host would not.

Depends on what your needs are, for a lot of sites it would be overkill I think.

Its a interesting new technology. Still early days, I think its only just now that mainstream clusters are getting reliable.

There is no meaning of VPS cloud. Either you can use VPS or if you want to go with cloud then you can go. but these both can not be combined as if you are looking for high resources then you can go to cloud hosting.
