avidInteractive Software is pleased to announce the release of ServeraSuite™ v1.0.0 Beta!

We are looking for beta testers (approximately 10). We need beta testers who rent/own/use linux servers, as well as testers who rent/own/use Windows based servers.

We know up front that ServeraSuite is limited when it comes to Windows servers, because of the use of SSH in the software. However, ServeraSuite™ still has an abundance of features for Windows based servers.

What is ServeraSuite™?
ServeraSuite™ is a new application that runs from your desktop, and allows you to monitor your server ports, server loads, and top 5 processes. It makes managing your server a little easier with the ability to reboot servers, and restart common services remotely...from your desktop! ServeraSuite™ includes tasktray popup notifications, as well as email and SMS notification, when there is an issue with your servers. ServeraSuite™ allows you to monitor and manage unlimited groups of servers, all from the comfort of your desktop!

Main Screen
The main screen of ServeraSuite™ is not only easy on the eyes, but very straight forward, with an easy navigation, and controls that are just a click away.

Adding a Server Group
Server groups are the heart of ServeraSuite, and you can add as many as you wish! Think of a server group as adding a server to the list.

Adding a port monitor to a server group
Adding a port monitor to a server group is just as easy. You can choose from predefined ports, or you can add a custom port.

Addressbooks for each server group
ServeraSuite allows you to create an addressbook for each server group you add. This means that when a server has an issue, that server group's contact list will get an email. You can add as many contacts as you wish. Now you can simply add your datacenter's support address, and ServeraSuite will send a ticket for you!

Adding a contact
Adding a contact to an addressbook is very straight forward. You can also choose what "type" of contact they are. There are currently 4 types to choose from...(Staff, Datacenter, General, and SMS). You will see how Servera uses the contact "type" in a moment.

Email Templates
Email templates allow you to customize the information each contact type (as mentioned above) receives in their notification email.

What you get in return
All beta testers will receive a copy of ServeraSuite, along with a free license for ServeraSuite, and StatSync, for the use of beta testing. After the beta test period is over, all testers will receive a coupon for 50% off of the software.
