I seem to lurk more than post these days. Yea they are good over at serverwizards, especially for the tedious stuff like quick kernel compiles. They have done some 2.4 with GRsecurity and 2.6.9 for iowait issues I have had on RHE. They will talk to the DC you are with for console problems if there are hardware issues or reboot issues also if you want them to.
