Hey guys, check my site, mainly index.php and main.php (splash and main) and tell me if you see any bad seo stuff or anything good I'm doing, make your suggestion and your comments. I need the help!

A redirection killes any kind of PR you might have, I woudl remove it if I were you.

actually, on the redirect page, I have a PR of 2

A PR of 2 is not that great though. A well developed website should be able to get a PR4 in a very short time. I would avoid the redirect pages, although it looks like you have allready.

Well I am basing it upon the google toolbar which everyone says is delayed about a month or 2. This design and seo stuff was just implemented in a few weeks ago. So I believe I had a PR2 off the old crap design and bad content. Also, I dont have many back links. THats my next goal. I am doing good in some of the search engines though!
