We are seeking a dedicated server which will allow us to run a game server. The specifications we require are not too demanding, however we will pay the price. This is what we're looking for:

- Linux OR Windows O/S (preferably Linux)
- P3 OR Celeron 1.3ghz CPU
- 256mb SDRAM
- 2gb Harddisk
- 20gb Bandwidth
- 1 IP

- Full Remote Access
- FTP
- Cpanel
- MySQL
- Email
- PHP

Any offer would be nice. It has been difficult to find a dedicated server with these 'minimal' specifications. Thanks for your time.

You might check out Insomnia365 which is part of ThePlanet in Dallas, Texas, USA.

They include their Cortex control panel as well on the dedicated servers to help you get started. Their network is great from my experience with them, and being in central US it's a good location for both East and West US.
 
For just one game server that's probably true. They are targeting people who wish to run multiple servers.

We at SolidRack are not able to offer you that minimal configuration at the moment, but we can offer you something that is close to it:

Duron 1 GHz
512 MB RAM
40 GB HDD (IDE)
400 GB bandwidth
10 mbps Ethernet port

This would cost you only $69 per month and there would be NO setup fee. Instead of the Duron 1GHz we also have a P3 1GHz (or if you'd prefer P4 1.7GHz) available, which costs $69 per month with $69 setup cost.

All OS installations are free of charge.

Our datacenter is located in the United States (Atlanta, GA).
We have 7 bandwidth providers for the datacenter in Atlanta:
