SeedBox setup help is needed

I want to setup a seedbox on streaming server with below configuration:

Intel Quad-Core Xeon X3430
8GB DDR3 RAM
4x1TB SATA 2 1Gbps
100TB Bandwidth

what else needed? and what is the steps should followed? please guide me to done my setup.

I have my own hardware ,I do not have a rented Server, so I need to do this configuration by myself.
