I've given much thought to my other ad and decided it's just not good enough. I have now revamped the sales position to sweeten the pot.
Sales persons will now get:
70% of their sales the first month and 30% each month after that as long as that customer stays. Due to our 30 day money back Guarantee, the first month commission will be paid the second month. So you will get the 70% for the first month and 30% for the second month as you first payment.
In addition, you will still get the free account when your hired.
There is no minimum sales required, but there will be bonuses for those who bring in sales. Bonuses will range from small gifts to cash.
