Sagonet?

I have a friend that uses Sago out of Fort Lauderdale or however you spell it.

He uses his box for offsite backup of his companies server data. I gave him a call to check on there services. He said they have had no problems except for some early packetloss the first month they were up. Other than that everything was good.

Wow, they sound pretty good.. nice deals they have anyway.. but to be honest, I have never even heard of them before.

They no good alot problem with they downtime look at WHT they whole story about them :)

Very nice of you to call to help out Francisco Jon :)

I have actually heard the complete opposite Jose, heard their network and support is very good.
They have their own DC and I have to say, it looks very impressive.
A good bonus is that they have a forum and it seems like staff also make use of it, I like to see forums with a host :)

Maybe you read about that when they were in the managed DC, they would have had a lot of network problems when they were there, managed had a lot of network problems around that time.

You have to remember this too when looking at peoples Posts. Most times people only post about BAD things, because people get pissed and want to voice their opinion about the company. I spent a good 30-40 minutes reading the support forum for sagonet and it seems as though they respond in a good time manner and are supportive in their reply posts.

Fransico, if I were you I would drop a few phone calls throughout the day to their technical support and see how fast/often they answer your call. Try calling at 7am when you get up, 12pm on your lunchbreak, and give them a call at night before you go to bed.

BTW, I spoke with my friend again that has his backup server with Sagonet. He said he would recommend them.

Hey,

Thanks for asking your friend for me, I really appreciatte it. I guess I'm going to give them a try. I called them two times before... One at 2 AM and the other was 7 PM. And they picked up the call.

Guess they're not that bad.

Thanks Again
