Revoking Transfer

I've was going to transfer one of my domains away from a company and noticed there is no auth code area? Don't domain registrars require to give customers their auth codes for transfers?

I contacted the support area, I don't expect to hear from them soon. Seems like it's a 1 man show for support services.

What happens if they don't allow me to transfer my domain away? Is it illegal to prevent a customer from transfering? The date is over 60 days now.
 
actually, if customer want to transfer his domain when it is 60 days old and he dont have any payment issue with the registrar then legaly registrar could not stop him from doing this without proper reason, if you dont have a transfer secret code then you can ask to your registrar for it and they should provide it to you, So, insist for it. Other wise contact ICANN mentioning them the issue.

Exactly, domain has to be with that registered for at least 60 days, before you can transfer.
 
Well after I showed them this thread they decided to change their mind :p I have sent a transfer request and it should be complete around 5 days.

Yes, i know we are that efficient to change the attitude of service provider who create problem to their customers. Good to know that your problem is solved.
