Hi,

I am looking for the most reliable host out there and i am willing to spend around $30 a month. 500MB of disk space is sufficient with 20GB bandwith...

I need the most reliable host around, as i plan to advertise on Google and overture, and cannot afford to have my site go down....
 
You can find great hosting with that price.
You could actually find a good host for like 5 bucks, because you want so little.
