A don't like it one bit and won't do that to our customers (unless they are repeat offenders). However, if it is stipulated in their TOS, then there's really nothing you can do except, well, b*tch and releive some of the frustration like we are doing here.
It depends on how much that reconnection fee is. If it's no more than $25 per server, then I've no problem... but if it's double the server price, well then I won't be too happy at all.
The price range is too wide currently; you really need to close the gap a bit more.
I don't think anyone would be happy paying a reconnection fee which is say over $50 per server, however some may be alright with it.
But then again, you won't really have this problem if you pay by direct debit.
I understand that, I had to apply this to one of my oldest clients (11 Months), he always taked 8 days to pay his due Invoices, and I don't bill them in Advance, for example if you order today, next month today I will bill you. Well, I got tired after the 6th time this guy did it and applied this almost a month ago, I just have to wait and see what happends tomorrow since he's due again
