Received a surprise gift this morning from EzineArticles

Much to my amazement, Wanda brought me a white box this morning from EzineArticles. I looked at her and asked, "What's this?" No clue ...... Turns out it was a Thank You gift of a coffee mug and package of Door County Gourmet Coffee, with a very nice card enclosed. I just recently started submitting articles to them and think I now have 23 online - but I wasn't expecting this. What's cool is that they included a burgundy leather coaster with their logo and Expert Author on it. Very nice. :D
 
That is a nice touch when businesses are appreciative of those that make it successful in one way or another.

We had a discussion here at HostingDiscussion recently about customer gifts, etc. and whether it is a must in the business world.
 
I don't know that's its a must, but it surely was appreciated. :D
I'll be trying that coffee tomorrow morning in my new mug, while I'm cruising HD
