I came across this datacenter homepage on the internet and they seem shockingly cheap, and I need to know if they are really worth it. Has anyone had any experience and if so are they good?

It would be helpful if you would post a link so that viewers know who you are really referring too. As for "Rack mounted Servers" I personally have never heard of them. Have you tried searching google for other reviews? Be sure to do that before commiting to a hosting company. Keep in mind the three keys things you need to look for are reliability, stability, and quick response. I hope this helps you find a host that can meet your needs.
