R.I.P. Vito Ceniti (DemoDemo)

I have just received an email that Vito Ceniti has passed away. He has been a great person and a stand-up guy, a man of his word and was one of the first few people that I have met in person in the web hosting industry. He was also the guy that I would often seek advice and feedback from on any of the new projects I've worked on. In spite of the health issues, he has always remained strong minded and dedicated to his family and his work.

Most people here would know him as the founder of DemoDemo, which pioneered flash tutorials for web hosts.

It is a sad day not just for me but for many people who had the pleasure of knowing Vito. My heart is heavy and my thoughts are with his young daughter, may she find the strength to carry on... REST IN PEACE, V.

Vito was an innovator in the hosting field.

Having consulted with him on a couple of his projects I can say that he was a professional and a true gentleman.

He will be missed.
 
This is truly sad news Art. I've had the pleasure of having a few personal conversations with him, besides our forum based interactions. I recall how fond he was of his daughter too.

May he rest in peace.
 
Didn't really know him aside from a few conversations with him via email about DemoDemo services but that's about it. My deepest condolences to his family and friends, though. :(
