Is it worth purchasing hits using a traffic program?

I would say that depends how much money it cost you to purchase the traffic program.

The simple answer I guess would be that, Yes if you make a profit and no if you don't. But there is no real way of telling until you try.

I tried it once and it didn't work but I only signed up for a small amount of untargeted traffic

I only lost a few dollars so I was lucky
