I am thinking of doing a promotion that i will Give the first xx amount of people to get my service will recieve a gift of somesort. Is That legal To Do. Everyone Will get the same thing there will not be any raffle or anything. Have a great. Day. Thank you

You can give away a free private plane as a gift to each of your clients if you want to. Why would it be illegal?

PS: Out of curiosity, what is the gift? :)

Given the neighborhood you live in it will be stolen in a matter of hours.
I have four guard dogs - I think I'm the only house around that hasn't been robbed. Of course, a few years back when I lived right up the street, they did steal my car from my driveway. Didn't have any dogs there, though :D

So how do we apply for these said "private planes"?
Do we need an aviation licence?
Can we apply for more than one plane?

As long as there's no raffle, then you should be fine within the legality of your state. Some states regulate the raffle/lotto type giveaways, so that would be the only concern there.

Freebies are a part of marketing, so I wouldn't see you having an issue. We used to give away free iPods with the purchase of a dedicated server. Never had an issue.

I am going to do a promotion for my service at an annual basis the client will get a visa Gift Card. I cannot advertise on the Site Yet, however When I can That is one of the promotions I am Doing.

Gift cards are wonderful and so many web businesses have got famous because of their freebies offers to the customers. One thing you may consider to adding a newsletter system to your website so that more and more people join in in order to keep updated with news about winners.

If you keep doing these promotional tasks for a long time and constantly, you will gradually experience improvement in sales as well, through word of the mouth which can be very effective advertising option always, not demanding paid advertisements and still working very greatly.
