What Market/Industry do you foresee to crash next?

For the UK it has to be the Real Estate Industry. Emersons Green, Bristol which is just a mile up the road from where I live house prices for a 3 Bedroom Home is roughly £250,000 = $500,000 and Bristol isn't exactly paradise island ;)
 
I (as a large part of the local press) have been predicting a market crash in the Romanian real estate industry for so long, I stopped having any kind of opinion on the subject. Who knows, maybe it'll not crash at all, maybe it'll just plateau. :)
