You can create them in the "Clients Template" Basically you just assign them the specs they can use and leave the # of domains at how many you want them to be able to resell. Then they can log into the panel and create their own websites using the ip and resource pool you have given them.

thanks.... I have done that already.
One issues comes that when we sell the Client Template, the reseller is not able to create clients under it.. is that correct or there is another way to do so ?

the way plesk allows to create reseller is the same as creating client account. just simply we need to increase the domains and other resource limits. the only issue in plesk reseller is that when reseller adds domain name, it won't send email to that domain email account. if it could, then reseller could customize the email with their own company and other details etc.

however we have sold some reseller plans with plesk and our resellers are still happy thou

This is what I feel as a downfall of Plesk.

This is another reason why they will never catch Cpanel in market share for control panels.

Many hosts start with true reselling plans.

We offer Plesk for VPS servers and we have a very small shared hosting server with Plesk. We have not thought about offering it as a reseller solution unless the reseller wants a VPS server.
