Please review

Well, the domain name has only been around for 1 month. Also, when you click to order, it feels like you left your site completely (this can be a turn off for many). The website feels like a template, and that can discourage clients, also.
 
Have to agree with HostLeet - navigation from packages to actually ordering is confusing. Amd I didn't verify, but if your domain has only been around for one month, why does your site say 5 years? Plus the site is incomplete. Wish you the best, but your site needs a makeover.
 
I like simple sites, but this is a bit too simple. It looks like a 1999 website. Give it more color, put the package details in a nicely evidenced table etc.

As it is, the site could do a decent job if you target a local, small market, but not beyond that.
 
Very plain site - but sometimes plain is good. Their news says that their billing system is now secured with an SSL. The news posting is dated 2007. Their intro says they have 5 years hosting experience (not that they've been around for 5 years - they probably worked for someone else for a while).

The TOS looks to be a copy and paste. I say this only because it's one very long paragraph that SHOULD be spaced out.

People who post pages online and then put "coming soon" rarely update them 🙁 If they've been around for so long, why is that page still "coming soon" (servers). The copyright page, it just shows the date? Seems like they needed some extra filler links.

Contact is limited to email only. No helpdesk login, no activity in their forums, and no phone number or live help.

When you do go to place the order, at the bottom there's a link back to "newedge" which claims to be a brokerage firm.

Personally - I'd run for the hills.
 
That template is from Fantastico...A lot of people know this and will not use a company that can not afford to have a website designed for them...This tells them that your company is not that stable and you need all the $ you can get to just keep your server(s) up.

Spend $50-$100 on a design and go with that...Have the order form match the design so it gives the expression that their still on the site. This will help boost sales.

Just my opinion on the matter 🙂
 
I agree with what others have said, put a bit more work into your design/layout and you should get more conversions. Your "order now" link at the top of the page doesn't go directly to your order form...try to make it as easy as possible for visitors to buy as quickly as possible.
 
Thanks for the input. I'm better at running servers and IRC type service than building web sites, as I'm sure you see.

I have spent most of the afternoon getting quotes from design companies... Hopefully something will happen soon.
