I am currently reviewing your website, and everything I am about to give you is to help your hosting business. Please do not take these as a insult.
Firstly,
On your redirect, Showing Shared, Reseller, VPS etc. I personally think you would need to add a more bigger font size and change the font, As for you have all this web site space, and you are not abusing it.
Secondly,
In your support section on the "Right" side, where it shows community when clicking that it is a dead link. Which I would recommend there are no dead links on your site. It makes it look bad for you, when a customer clicks it, and it is dead.
Thirdly,
This is up to you, but when a client looks at "Sponsored Hosting", and there is not a limited supply. They would think, If there is no limit to the amount of sponsored/ free host then the servers could be overwhelmed ("Bogged down") by this.
Fourthly,
Other then the above, your website looks good. I would rate it 7/10. Therefore the errors you have, and the template is being used by many hosts. Once these issues are fixed. Your website would look at a overall rate of 8-9/10. Which is really good for a domain registered in 17-Feb-2011.
