Please review new site <URL snipped>. It is a travel site. It offers a journey to suit every taste and you'll get information about cruise ships which are luxurious floating resorts offering every comfort, convenience and amenity that one could imagine.
 
Flash used at the banner area of the website causes the website to take more time to load. also i am not sure about the background if the website (blue) it is too dark for me.
 
A few things I noticed - the destinations map isn't working for me and the links for the Bermuda and Baltics cruises aren't working. Other than that, I like your site. Oh, probably should update your copyright info on each page. :D
 
is bigger flash i ever see :) reduce size is better, and more content is good, explain more, how, where and so on
 
I'd recommend having a look at your competitors' websites and see what they're doing.

Overall I think it's okay, but there's a lot of room for improvement.
 
What I find interesting is that OPs come on here asking for reviews of their site on their first post and never come back, or reply to the observations. :(
