Are you talking about the value of just the domain name itself? Or the value of the website and domain?

I'd have to say reg. fee....It's not that great of a domain, if anything you're best to just develop it yourself.

My friend, domain name has great value depending upon the traffic on it. If you receive good amount of traffic on certain keywords then your domain name can have big value. So it's mandatory to increase it's value using SEO techniques.
