Do any of you give customers the option to have safe mode turned off if they are using something that needs to have it off, e.g. X Cart.
2 of the resellers i use point blank refuse to turn it off which resulted in me losing a customer the other day, but fair enough that is their policy.
Do you think that the programmers should be making software that does not need safemode off? I remember quite a while ago when you could download forum software for safemode or forum software that needed safemode off. These days they are all for safemode.
Whos resposibility is it? Should hosts be willing to turn it off or should programmers make software that works with safemode?
