Hey,
i got an email yesterday from Paypal saying that they will now have a seperate section/company for EU customers.
They will have headquarters for this in Dublin.
I read most of it but there were links to new terms and conditions which would take forever to read over.
Anyone else hear about this?
You either have to be part of the EU section, change your main account address to a valid postcode address in the states, or close your paypal account.
I would like to know what the main changes are that will effect european paypal users.
Im happy enough as it is at the minute as I havent had many problems but maybe it will help protect EU paypal users against fraud a bit more, but it might also have reprocautions which arent so good..
