Ha! Been browsing social media and then came across some fresh videos from one of our own members! :)

Conor of Big Red SEO (aka bigredseo on the forum) has published a couple of videos so far into his new channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCkJ7jEH-I4JAWXNguEGizdg

I've known Conor for a while and he is one of the best experts at search engine optimization around, so I think if you want to learn a thing or two about the subject (like I do), or stay up to date, subscribe to the channel, he is a great person to follow.

I love photography and creating videos myself (from time to time), so I hope you do well, Conor. YouTube, being one of the best marketing platforms out there, it was a smart move to start a channel and build an audience. I hope you keep working at it by adding more videos.

Hey guys,

Thanks, and thanks for the plug Artashes!

Video is something that I've been meaning to do for 3 years or more, but just never have the time.

Another big critical factor is that I'm overly critical of myself. So if I'm left in charge of editing a video, I'll trim that 5 minutes down to 30 seconds, and then trash it because I'm not happy :)

So instead, we have a gal locally (bethryan.tv) who comes to the office, records the videos, edits them and sends them back to me for posting. If you have the money, *THIS* is the way to do it! :)

We have lots of videos coming. I think I'm set with videos twice per week until the end of May so far.

If you have questions that you want answered for SEO, drop me a note and I'll get it into the queue and push it sooner rather than later (aside from getting your own email response so you don't have to wait for the video).

If you haven't had a chance, the outtakes are much more fun ;) I'll get one set uploaded here this week.

Just viewed both videos and subscribed to Conor's channel. Can't wait for more videos from Conor and his team.

That's so me when it comes to photography. I've been shooting various people over the last 2-3 years and even though people seem to like it, I always find something wrong with it (especially comparing to the level of some of the outstanding photographers I follow), so I am barely posting any of my own work. The bar is set too high. :D

Back to SEO. If I think of a good topic for a video, I will definitely let you know.

Those are hilarious! I love the production process. While it is physically draining, it is also very entertaining. You are a good example of that.

Thanks for sharing the outtakes, those are always fun to watch.

I see new stuff was uploaded. Watched all the new videos and I really like that you are talking not just about SEO directly, but also things we don't normally think about in the scope of SEO, in spite of them being indirectly relevant to the optimization: from site builders to pop-ups.

Great job on the videos so far, Conor.

PS: Really love how it really hits the nerve here. :D

Yeah, there's a few things that really irk me, and popups and newsletters are two of them ;)

The good news is that it appears that we'll be doing a recurring "What Pisses Conor Off" segment at least once per month.

Currently our videos are set for twice per week (Tuesdays & Fridays), unless the wind blows and someone hits publish earlier!

One of the things we wanted to do was touch on all aspects of business, from hiring and firing, through SEO and brand reputation.

Kim will be featured in our next round of recordings which is in 2 weeks. So she'll be on the screen starting in June I think. And if you thought I was passionate and let a few F Bombs drop, I have NOTHING on Kim! She was in a marketing panel last week, the person counting gave up after reaching 50 curses in the first 15 minutes of the event :)
