Othello Technology Systems Ltd acquires BeamHost

Effective immediately, BeamHost (http://www.beamhost.co.uk) has been acquired from Coveria Ltd by Othello Technology Systems Ltd.
Othello Technology Systems, a UK company, have been providing domain name, email and Web hosting services since 1996, operating in the UK, NL and US.
Our first priority is the catching up of all outstanding support issues, and customer service enquiries.
Please bear with us over the next few days as we get used to the BeamHost systems and procedures.

For non-critical problems, please use the usual online customer support
system and one of the technicians will get to your issues ASAP.

The prices of services are not expected to change and preparations are being made to improve both the shared hosting and VPS facilities offered under the BeamHost brand.
Future plans for BeamHost already being organised include:
* Planned updates to all aspects of the organisation
* Upgrades to existing servers and new UK servers
* Extended Technical Support Team available 24/7 by ticket, email and telephone
