DEAR SIR,
A few months ago I found the domain OSCARPRIZE.COM was
unregistered but I did not register this domain that time. now it
has been registered by someone. now my question is that had I
missed the opportunity to earn something. OSCARPRIZE.COM has some value or not.

Unless there is a well-developed web site with content covering the Oscars, the movie industry or something close to any of these, I don't see why anyone would want to associate their business name with "Oscar Prizes".

but you need to put time in it in order to sell it for high money.
