I think WHM Autopilot,
Notice the copyright on both sites, transit-network.com has their site copyright in their own name but WHM Autopilot have theirs copyright in the name of a design company.

I think the copyright for the WHM Autopilot site is also older than the other

Bloody hell - at least put a bit of work in to change it

Autopilot is a bit more major and I wonder if the theme designers know - or did they just sell a load of it.

Could just be a template that was sold a few times and neither changed much on it, wonder if they both know about the other site

It makes you think, web design companies may just have 30 templates they edit for each company, and hope they never find out about the others with the same template

Well, to me they are both the same. Same graphics and layout. It is probally a template.
