Hi,everybody I want to let you know what happen!!
I have purchased Developer Package on goodydomains.com.
I have paid for 13 months!But I only use my WHM account for 20 days,My account is cancel,I have not received any notify from goodydomains.com about my account is cancel.I feel it isn't professional.I contact to goodydomains.com right now,I want to know why!!When I get the result I am very indignant.Becaues my client put some illegal content on it,so he cancel my WHM account!!I have many clients on it, he cancel my WHM account,result in my clients lost all on it.Why he do it??Why not cancel the illegal website!!I have contacted him for 3 days ,but still no reply to me!!I want my money back but he do not accept!!I feel very bad!!So I tell everyone not to purchased on goodydomains.com!!This site is very arbitrary!!! :mad:
 
Let me get this straight.

You want to let us know what happened. You prepaid 13 months of service with GoodyDomains.com, but they deleted your Reseller Account only after 20 days. They did that without any notification to you, because one of your clients had illegal content on his website. You have many clients, and your account deletion resulted in losing them all. You have been trying to contact them for 3 days without them replying back to you. You feel angry and you want your money back. So you are trying to tell as many people as possible not to do business with GoodyDomains.com as they run questionable practice.

in accordance with our TOS, we may remove any materials that, in our sole discretion, may be illegal, may subject us to liability, or which may violate the TOS. [...] Your violation of the TOS may result in the suspension or immediate termination of your account without prior notice.
But:
Subscribers who are resellers are responsible for enforcing the TOS to all of their clients. If their clients are found to be violating the TOS, we will suspend and or/terminate the offending site and let the reseller know.

It looks like GoodyDomains in fact had to notify you first.
Perhaps there will be a second side of the story from GoodyDomains.

Illegal is illegal but a host must stick by its own words/policies.

But also is there really a need for you to post this on every web hosting forum?

To clarify - this person's account has been associated with numerous violations of our Terms of Service. Phishing attempts, Spam Attempts, Illegal Money Scamming attempts, and the list goes on.

We do not suspend an entire reseller account without cause, and in this case it was completely obvious to us there was cause.

There are no money back refunds for accounts after 7 days, especially under illegal content circumstances.

This person has been spoken to on numerous occasions, without any rudeness or shortness associated with the conversations. We have simply explained the situation and told him we do not allow illegal material, no matter what.

The fact of the matter is, it is his responsibility to make certain our terms of service are followed by all of his clients. And this was simply not done.

It is unfortunate that these forums have been turned into smear machines for individuals who simply do not read the terms of service.

If there are any questions concerning this matter please let us know.

When you say "these" forums I hope you are not referring to HD. It's hardly a smear machine when you have every oportunity to respond to an accusation.

So...haohaobbs...do u have anything to say to defend yourself or you just admit your fault?
Since, it's very clear that YOU are at fault, I think its very fair that your account be closed (& that's what goodydomain.com did). :smash:
