Need PhpBB host , 130 users online , 50GIG transfer , 25US$/month

I need host for phpBB forum.

Need a server with 1GIG or RAM or More
MySQL 4
50GIG transfer
500 Mbytes space

25US$/month pay using Paypal

The forum has 120 users online almost all day, I’m limiting the number of sessions.
The forum contain links to legal adult sites , but no pictures , except avatars.

I noted that the forum does not works well if it’s using default MySQL configuration, many host seem to use default configuration and do not change, I need server with optimized MySql, if table_cache = 64 , see my.cnf, the forum does not works well , needing to change to 500 or 1000 and others optimizations that you can find at dedicated hosting forums. If you can enable Query Cache of MySQL 4 is good too.

I would like to pay using paypal and I would like money back garantee if you see that the server can not handle the forum in the first 1 or 2 days of hosting.
