Need help with installing scripts

I have a question, does anyone know if they have any good scripts out there for a form, and for a domain look up, that are easy to install... I am such a noob I can't figure out this stuff!!! A good place to look which I use a lot is hotscripts.com - you can find almost anything there

There are 2 good forums that come with it and I will look into adding a domain whois program also.
