I need very stable script writen in PHP for upload images. Similar to www.imageshack.us. Very good if it scrip is open source.

try www.hotscripts.com they have a lot of freely available scripts like the one you suggested for use.

I also would suggest you use hotscripts.com
They have honest reviews, many listings etc.
Look at the top 10 best or so and compate their demoes.

I don't think there is 1 very popular open source one, otherwise I think I would have known about it... so just try looking through all of them.
