Need a VERY low end dedicated - As cheap as possible

Hey,
I am looking for a very very cheap, low end dedicated.

This is actually for someone else to try out free hosting so only a low end is needed, obviously with the costs involved in running a free host, the cheaper the server, the better.

He will be running a control panel called xpanel

I THINK he is buying a license for it himself, but I am not totally sure.

Doesn't matter which DC is it located in.

Cheapest run of the mill server is probably Managed.com

Often you'll find older P3's or low end P4's for less on the offers on WHT or HH.

What about a VPS ?
 
He will need management, I will most likely provide it free or for a very small fee, he does need quite a bit of help with everything to do with runing the server as he has never done it before.

I just checked and xpanel is only $50 so I am sure he is buying that himself.
I don't need another control panel installed on the server.

The price range is a max of about $60 for the server alone.
Looking for something between 1ghz to 1.8ghz with a minimum of 128mb RAM

Roughly 40gb/400gb for space and transfer.

FreeBSD or RH preferred

Not expecting anything amazing considering the price.
If anyone has old unused servers or able to do a custom machine this is a great way to get some profit from it anyway
 
If you go to a smaller company that is running from a big DC you could ask them to do a custom machine for you and they could more than likely give you a better price than the actual DC would
