My blog not accessible?

I have a personal blog where I post almost anything, still some friends and other people regularly visit it. :) Recently I got complaints from some regular visitors that the blog is not accessible. My girlfriend also said that she could access the blog from certain internet cafes but it's not accessible from other internet cafes. What could possibly be the problem?
 
Do you have a url? as initially this could be a number of things, DNS springing to mind if any recent changes have been made by yourself or your provider to the records or servers configured for your accounts.

Have you tried approaching your provider?
 
If you haven't already, contact your web host. There could be a lot of reasons for this and they should be able to track down the problem for you.
 
If the blog can be accessed from certain places then it is sure that there is nothing wrong with your blog. It could be web server or DNS server side issue. You need to contact webhost.
