Hi,

I would like to Informa that thanks to our Great Datacenter we're having an Extreme Downtime of more than 8 Hours this Month, this Started yesterday and today is with the same Problem.

If the Downtime stands more than 2 More Hours, we will move our main Server to a better Datacenter with 99.9999% Uptime Guarantee.

Best Regards,
Francisco

problems is the only thing i hear about BurstNET
Would you not think about moving away from them to another DC?

Actually I'm thinking about that ;)

The question is... How do I get the Data if the Backup Server is there too?

I hope they get there crap together because I am getting a server tomorrow. Ordered on Thursday. Not for me thought... For a customer. Will see how long I keep that server there.

I doubt too long, they've had problems for a while now, and they just keep coming. We thought about getting a server there a few months back - glad we didn't. Honestly I don't know how much longer they'll stay in it, especially since SM has entered in onto the scene with competitive prices.

turnkey did they request to have the server there?
I wouldnt get a server there for anyone unless they specifically said because the network is so bad.

Their profits must be falling daily with people leaving as they are having so many network problems.
Thats the only thing you hear about them really these days

Stephen,

I wanted to put it there because I was getting a great deal. Anyhow, the order is now being cancelled and once I get my refund today from the reseller will get him hooked up at servermatrix. I should have just done that first anyhow. Again, fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me.

I got out in time and ordered a server from servermatrix.

BTW, if you enter WHT in there promotion box you get cPanel free as long as you rent the box. This week only. Nice deal.

Seems there are lots of other people looking to move with people placing requests for similar priced boxes elsewhere.

I have the oficial numbers, these are when I was on BurstNET. Since I moved is 100% Uptime...

March 8 hrs, 0 mins, 15 secs 98.924%
February 11 hrs, 58 mins, 40 secs 98.279%

This mess started ending february, I was there until 4 of march. Too good to be true.

Who have you moved to Matrix?
Did you also move all customer's boxes to another DC or keep them there?
Dont you still do dedicated servers (resold) for BurstNet?

We told our customers that if they want quality and 100% Uptime SLA they will have to pay like $50 and,we moved 30% of our clients to the new Datacenter wich I currently offer servers too.

We do still have servers at BurstNET (Like 7), and we do still offer them because of their low prices for people who are on a budget. And they have always been great with me, the only problem with them is their network designed by Mikey Mouse. We have been with them since almost 7 months now and I can only complain about the Network.

Ouch that downtime must hurt. I would say move now.

hehehe... Check our site and click on the "Site monitored by SiteUptime" you will see 100% ;)

btw, We moved two months ago after I posted here :)

All I can say is ServerMatrix. Been with them since Nov (5 servers now) and 100% network uptime besides a few short maint periods at 2 am in the morning.
