As the title says, what was the last movie you saw and how would you rate it? You don't need to add much input if you don't want to, but I tend to add a little feedback. *THIS IS NOT LEEWAY FOR SPOILERS* So please, kindly do not ruin movies.

The last movie I saw was "Pan's Labyrinth" which I give a 9/10. It was brilliantly filmed, with some beautiful scenery. Trouble was, personally it seemed more like a war movie with fantasy elements than an all out fantasy.

Just watched Hustle & Flow on the background... you know, the one with the "Its hard out here for a pimp..." soundtrack.

Great flick. 3 out of 4 stars for me.

I love movies and try to watch as many as possible good ones (often with the selection help from friend famous critic Frank Ochieng, and cinematography specialist Daniel Berman).

Next on the hitlist: "Romanzo criminale", staged back in Rome, 1960s. It is a story about three young criminals that decide to take a step up from the streets of Rome into the world of organized crime. http://wwws.warnerbros.fr/romanzo/

Best,

I decided to watch Next starring Nicholas Cage at the cinema on Sunday was slightly surprised I’m not really into the new films that are released because they tend to be cop-outs or done to death, I didn't expect it to be funny I thought it would be one of those irritating over exaggerated films and at the end everyone lives happily ever after.

Pleasantly surprised I give it 3 out of 4 stars personally even though the films rating was only 12A.

Due to health issues ... I only see new movies when they are shown on "Pay Per View" or come out on DVD.

Last ones I saw were ....

Eragon ... I didn't mind it but felt it could have been much better done. The ending made me think they are either going to release Parts 2 & 3 ... or its going to become a TV Series. I'd give it a 7/10 ... I guess

Casino Royale ... with the "new" James Bond. Found him to be a more believable character than some of the other actors who played the role. Quite good ... if you are into James Bond. I'd give it a 9.5/10

The movie left me wondering how collectors of the Bond movies would file it into their collection. Its an updated remake of a movie by the same name from the early 60's starring David Niven ... the "first Bond" although I can't remember if that was the name they gave him. But ... have had over 40 years of Bond films and now they release the first in the series???? With the "current M"??? In a present day setting(s)??? Are they now going to do remakes of ALL the Bond films??? Just find it confusing ... but thats me.
