None of these positions are salary based, they are all paid on a per-task or per-issue basis depending on the position. Full details are available by e-mail but we do pay an extremely generous amount per issue or task, for this we do expect a high quality of work though!

Sales Support Representatives (Issue Based)(Task based)

  • Handle all incoming sales communications
  • Have extensive product knowledge on all company products
  • Be able to find the perfect solution for a customer & tailor a product to their needs
  • Promote specific more products within sales communication
  • Produce link-sales if possible
  • Understand differences in PLESK & cPanel and help customers make wise decisions
  • Work with suppliers if a tailored solution is required or if specific information is needed
  • Fraud Check New Orders
  • Process New Orders
  • Make hardware orders with suppliers as required
  • Provide information on available upgrades & understand limitations of each system type.

Billing Processors (Task Based)

  • Handle daily payment processing receipts
  • Enter manual payments into system
  • Enter any company supplier payments into system
  • Handle customer billing support issues
  • Bill customers for any required excess charges
  • Handle changes in customer billing information
  • Handle upgrades & downgrades

Industry Researchers (Marketing Dept) (Task Based)

  • Help build a list of all available industry press release contacts
  • Help build a list of all industry forums
  • Help build a list of all industry directories & add our companies to them

Marketing Representatives (Task Based)

  • Manage company PR (write & submit company press releases)
  • Manage promotional offers and marketing
  • Manage ad sponsorships & work on assuming highest conversion rates
  • Customer Relations Management as required
  • Industry Knowledge & effective Internet Research Ability A Must
  • Excellent Written Communication Skills

Customer Care Specialists (Issue Based)

  • Analyse all customer communication to ensure no misunderstandings
  • Ensure all issues are handled by correct department
  • Ensure response times are as fast as possible
  • Have knowledge in all company areas including billing, sales, support, abuse
  • Work with all staff to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
  • Expedite issues to management as required if they cannot be handled
  • Audit routine procedures e.g. cancellations, IP Requests etc.

Basic Web Hosting Support Technician (Issue Based) (Minimal Issues)

  • Handle DirectAdmin related support requests
  • Have a good understanding of DirectAdmin systems
  • Understand Nameserver setup & configuration
