Macromedia Robo 5

Just came across this software called Robo 5 by Macromedia.

Here is their release info:

The RoboDemo FLA Module allows you to import RoboDemo projects directly into Flash MX or Flash MX 2004, so you will never again have to manually capture screen shots or painstakingly create mouse tweens and text captions in Flash. The FLA Module is available separately as an add-on module to RoboDemo.

Use RoboDemo to quickly and easily record simulations of your application, and then use the FLA Module to import the simulations directly into Flash for additional enhancement, ActionScripting, or integration into a larger project.

Its basically software for making tutorials. You have probably seen its use for the cPanel tuts people are selling now.

I'd prefer to save the money and make it myself. It's not that much extra work to put things together in flash. Especially using something like Swish rather than flash.
