Just want to say if you have not seen it you must! It was the best of the 3 series ever! Now, I can not wait for it to go to DVD. Wonder if there will be more.

I've seen this movie 2 times now, and I'll continue to watch it. Ive been a big fan for the movies... I was kind of unsure when I first heard about it on the news a few years back. I thought they wre going to ruin a good book, but Peter Jackson knows what he is doing.

Make sure you have some stuff to drink and a nice padded seat... my ass was killing me after 3 hours or so. And dont be a dumb ass like me and see the 11:50PM showing. I was ass tired and didnt get home till almost 4AM

I havent seen it but not really interested in seeing it either, I think its FAR too long for me.
Maybe watch it when its out on DVD but I think its too long to sit in the cinema.
I got a bit restless at the last one so probably would at the latest too.
