I'm looking for new host (my current host is too unreliable when

troubles come... my sites are down for more than 2 weeks!)...
I need a VPS server with following features:

1. 5GB space/ 75 GB transfer (this is my current plan)
2. Control panel... usable one. I don't mind webmin, but I need a control

panel to control domains, ftp and e-mail accounts & settings.
3. Automatic software updates... you know, everyday new versions with

bugfixes are out, I want them all in some automatic way (please

describe how it works)
4. LOCATION: Europe. Please post the IP to ping...
5. Price up to $30 per month (I actually pay $30/mo)
6. Additional 1GB of transfer for <1$
