Looking for some feedback

I have a few different ideas that I am playing around with for my site. I have 2 different pages that I am trying to decide between. The one is more of a "flashy" site and the otherone is following the "Keep It Simple Stupid" rule. Please let me know what you think of both. Suggestions on which style to go with, etc. Keep in mind that these pages are not 100% complete, there may be broken links, rendering flaws, etc...they are just drafts of ideas.

Here are the 2 pages:
Innovative Hosting - Option 1
Innovative Hosting - Option 2

There is a flash piece in Option 2 that has sound....I am going to take that sound out so you can ignore it.

I was listening Ace of Base when the flash part from one of your pages started to "scream" at me. Suggestion: let the user choose if he wants to view that and offer a no sound option.

Personally I can't really choose between the two versions so I can't help you on that.
 
I like the first one better...just personal taste though. I suppose at the end of the day its up to you!
 
I know that sound is annoying....I am going to take it out but have not had a chance to get into flash to do so. Thanks for your feedback so far!

Text on menu 'Web Hosting, Support..) is hard to read. Logos PHP, MySQL, Apache need some work :)
