Offering a whole year of reseller accounts for a support employee

I will offer a whole year's reseller account and a free domain of the following specifications:
4 GB space
100 GB monthly transfer
Customer Nameservers/IPs
cPanel/WHM+Fantastico
However domains you'd like to host.

Server specifications:
Dual XEON 2.8 GHZ
2048 Registered ECC RAM
100 mbit connectivity
dual 120 gb HDs
located in Tampa Bay, Florida

For a customer support employee; You only have to work 6 hour shift everyday (5-11 P.M. Pacific Time), for ticket, e-mail, and forum support for my customers (I do not have much right now, so it wouldn't be a hard job.) Must be proficient in ENGLISH, cPanel/WHM, and some coding if possible.

Looking for sales representatives. Will pay 15% commission PER customer referred, + bonus if customer referred signs up annually.
