I am currently searching for a partner to assist me to start webhosting company(web hosting business).

About me:

6 years in web services industry.
I have 4 years experience with members support(curently i support about 300 pay members and 40k free members)

own & admin 2 dedicaded servers.

im debt free with stable monthly net income webmaster.

What i have to start:

1.Business Plan.
2.Hardware.
3.Budget for advertising.

Who i need:

Im Searching for a business partner in US

to start this web hosting service.

Candidate must have similar experience(web service provider, members support,etc.)

Must be debt free person.

All 50/50 profits/expenses.
