Looking for a mailing list program or script

Hey,
Im looking for a script or windows program for sending out newsletters to members.

It must let me add email addresses using CSV, let members unsubscribe automatically (i.e. send an email with unsubscribe in the subject will remove their address from the list), I will be doing newsletters most likely in HTML so it must allow HTML emails.

I would like something free, thats why Im posting in the Freebie Forum :)

IF anyone finds something which you think is good and worth the price, I will fork out up to $150 for it.

I saw this when I done a bit of searching and it was recommended by another forum admin:

it seems pretty good but doesn't look like it has many options.
There is a demo available.

Just wanted to ask incase anyone else here knows of anything better or knows of anyone they can ask.

The mailing list is for HR users and will be opt-in.

Hi John,

Hsphere has an fully functional mailing list program built in. I believe I saw someone mention something similar with CPanel (either inherent or add-on).

Youre using CPanel right? Im fairly certain something like this exists within the CP...

Anyone know if Im right? or on crack :D

John there is a mailing list program in fantastico or by open source, has opt in and opt out all by email, adds unsubscribe link in the bottom of mails if you want it, allows html and no limit on how many emails you send out, has option to break apart how many it sends to as well, It is called PHP List. It is a bit to set up but I think you could do it rather quickly, also can be configured to match a website if you wanted to do that.
